I recognised how critical this major facilities management client would be to us and pushed hard against top-down scepticism to bring them onboard, promising and delivering KPIs and oversight on mutually agreeable terms.

I still lead this account today, totalling 500 projects, 11,000 hours and £700,000 of work. I later led a pitch to the EMEA bid management team to create an in-house studio within Aramark’s Dublin HQ.
